Upload the minutes as a PDF (and the transcript, if there is one) and the app extracts attendees, agenda, decisions and tasks with owner and deadline. Anything wrong can be fixed by hand.

Extraction runs on our server, without sending the minutes to any artificial intelligence service.

Each task has someone in charge and a deadline, so the next meeting knows what is done.

## The colla's Google Drive

If the colla wants, a copy of every set of minutes is saved to a folder in its Google Drive. The app only sees the files it creates.

## Announcements

Board announcements can be prepared in the app to send over WhatsApp or the colla's usual channels.
