## Who is responsible

For this website, Stack Studio, S.L.. For each colla's data inside the application (members, attendance, measurements, photos), the colla itself: the owner processes it on the colla's behalf, under the data processing agreement they sign.

## What data the website handles

This website has no forms and no analytics tools. If you write to us to request a demo, we use your email and whatever you tell us only to reply and, if it comes to it, set up your colla.

## Data inside the application

The data a colla enters is only used to provide the service to that colla. It is not sold or shared with third parties and is not used for advertising. Payments are processed by Stripe and, if the colla enables it, a copy of the minutes is saved to its Google Drive.

## Minors

Photos of minors can only be uploaded and shown with consent from a parent or guardian (or from the minor from age 14), and withdrawing it deletes them.

## Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability of your data by writing to hola@enfaixa.app. If you are a member of a colla, you can also ask the colla. You may lodge a complaint with the Catalan Data Protection Authority or the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
